Brad Paisley Concert

Went last night, and it was AWESOME! Rodney Atkins and Taylor Swift opened for him. Taylor is a hottie! And Rodney put on a great show with awesome songs!

And Brad was the icing on the cake. Amazing light and video show!

Crappy pictures from a cellphone camera:

I've gotta see if he's coming around here. I would go in a second. Sounds like you had a fun night.

Man, that would have been an awesome concert to see. I wanted to go see him live but I found out about the concert the day after it happened

Yeah...he puts on one of the better concerts I've seen.

Saw Toby Keith play earlier this year, and he was even better! Joe Nichols opened for him. Toby's whole encore (about an hour) was a tribute to the armed forces ("Courtesy of the red, white, and blue", and a few of his other songs)...he even had a couple military men up on stage with him. The whole place was on their feet going nuts...almost brought a tear to my eye!

I hate country music. My gal is from Beaumont, Texas and see loves country music. I get dragged to all kinds of country shows. In the past two years I have seen Clint Black, Martina McBride, Toby Kieth, The Wreckers, Joe Nichols, and Brad Paisly.

All were so so. Like I said I hate country music. The Toby Kieth show was ok.

I really enjoyed the Brad Paisly show. I know nothing of his music. I knew something was strange when all these people showed up with lamp shades on thier heads. WTF I said. My gal tried to explain it to me. Not a chance until I heard the alcohol song. Fricken' Beautiful!

Good deal with that show.

Now pay back time for me. I am bringing the gal to see Ozzy and Rob Zombie at Mohegan Sun casino in January.

She will probably leave me after that, but what the heck. I sat though all "her" shows. The kicker is I payed for all the country concerts. Can you believe that! I paid to be miserable!
