You could put a spacer up front to level the front on with the plow on there. I have never seen any type of airbag setup for the front coil. They make them for the rear leafs.
Lots of guys get the one from ebay made by AutoSpring. They have a 2" and a 2.5".

I have a fisher 7'6rd. I thought about changing the springs out but did not want to loose the ride. my last truck (04 f350) had air bags in the front wich was nice when I took the plow off I just lowered the air pressure in the bags to maintain a stock ride.
If I can't find anything I will end up putting different sprins in the front. Jason
