My Truck Cab has been Gutted!!!

As some of you know from my previous post in another section, I bought a 1995 Ford F150 XLT 5.0l for $700.00, The reason I got it so cheap is due to the fact that the previous owner let his dog sleep in the truck, I guess you could say a expensive dog house! Well, to make a long story short, I had to gut the inside of the truck to get the dog smell out. I am changing the color of the inside from dirty gray to a desert sand. I have ripped out the carpet and sprayed a bed liner paint on the entire cab, doubling up on the floor of the truck, I am going back with a Western/Cowboy theme, the head liner Will have native American/ cactus print in the liner, the carpet on the back wall will also have the same print. It is going slow but I hope to have it completed for our Catfish Club National Gathering at Kenlake Park In Kentucky. I would like to show the truck to my buds there.

Yeah, like Tomtoc says, I would like to see photos of each step. I am planning to do something with my truck in the not to distant future, and seeing how you accomplish things might help out immensely.

Sorry guys, I am not good with a computer. I know just enough to get in in trouble. No pictures but will TRY to answer all your questions.

Here is a list on my completion thus far! the roof, back wall and the floor has been sprayed with bed liner. The back wall has the Native American print carpet install. The dash and the sun visors have been painted sand color. The front kick trim has also been painted.

You got me thinking about the bed liner spray? I plan on keeping my truck for a long time, and I was wondering can you spray it on the underside of your truck to prevent rusting down the line?

^^^ Yes you can. I know that Line-X in particular makes a special "blend" if I remember right that's different from the liner for per se your box. I'd say call up your local place and get a price. I'm thinking of bulletproofing almost my whole truck

The Truck Update!

Well, All is going as planed, I have the cab sprayed with the bed liner, the dash seats and some of the trim has been painted sand as I wonted. I took out the center seat and installed a wooden console, I mounted my CB into the console, also intalled the cell phone charging reciptal into the console. I covered the headline and reinstalled the liner, I will install wooden trim to give it the western look as I am shooting to achive. I have the wood but my son-in-law borrow my saw [Jig] and I am at a stand still until I get it back. Iam out of money for this month and out of paint to finish the truck trim.
