Electrical Problems Please HELP!!!!!

When I turned my Diesel f-250 Superduty on; and started it and turned on my headlights, my hazard lights and high beam lights symbol lit up on my dash, when I tried to us my turn signals it wouldn't work. well at the same time I had my air blowers on and the symbols on the dash were still lit up. It was making my truck sound funny, and not as powerful when I drove it. When I turned my lgihts off it would make the truck more almost run normal, and when I turned off the air blowers in my truck, the turn signals started working, and the symbols on my dash went away and the truck started runnning normally. Does any one know what this means???? Please help
