Timing chain crank sprocket

Hi guys. I've attached a pic of a 3-keyway 460 timing chain crank sprocket. Can anyone tell me which setting is which, straight-up, +4* and -4*?

Thanks

If I'm not mistaken the "O" is straight up.

The pointer lined up with the keyway is straight up. The "O" is where they want you to set it for emissions.
