I got a '06 f150 4.6l I want more peformance at least better than 5.4l or the same. What the best mods I can get that's affordable and good? I'd appreciate suggestions or ideas.
Aftermarket tuning like an SCT Xcal2, headers and exhaust will make a difference. A good cold air inlet system would be a nice compliment with those mods as well.
