projectnitemare is starting off with a positive reputation.
Really a 2.9 that's about it. Any 2.9 will work, you might have to add or remove a few sensors, EGR and such. If you feel involved you can swap in a 4.0 and convert all the electronics to run a 4.0L. If you decide that route you should use a transmission mated to a 4.0L, you will eventually shred a FM 5 speed or a 2.9L A4LD.

dang, was thinking of an upgrade eventually, but i guess not. not interested in doing a lot of work when i can get a larger truck
