need help with new tires..

looking to get new tires.. will either be on the factory rims or 15X8 crager wheels... truck is a 89 f150, 300 ci, 5spd. i think i wanna stick with factory size for gas mileage as well as keeping the cost down. 235/75-15... dont need anything special but i want it to look like it belongs on a truck and not a mid-sized sedan if ya know what i mean...

any suggestions?

my local sears and pepboys are all running a deal where you buy 3 tires you get the 4th free... or if someone really recomends a tire they dont sell and its a really good price, id order from tirerack or tires.com

thanks!

2 wheel drive?
4 wheel drive?

Highway
Snow
Rain
Mud

I run BFG Longtrails on my 02 F150 - truck only sees highway miles. Tires are fairly new and are D load range.

Most Michelins are great too. Long lasting tire compounds and top quality construction.
You may pay more for these, but they outlast bargain tires.

You have a choice in "P" tires - passenger tires
or "LT" tires - light truck tires. It is up to you and how you use your truck.

A bridgestone dueler HL alenza, continental cross contact LX or yokohama G051 would be good options.

all terrain gives you a more aggressive tread designed for on/off road use. The sport all season tires are like car performance all season street tires. They will give you good handling and traction and some snow/ice traction as well.

BFG All-Terrains always look good and won't wear too too heavily on the pavement, I know those stock wranglers do have a bit more of a minivan look. The BF Goodrich All Terrains would be my recommendation, for all around good usage
