try craigslist in your area, search for vegetable iol and see what comes up, i did that in tx area a few weeks ago and they had filtered svo to 1 micron water free for 1.75 a gallon.
Yeah, I wish I could find someone locally who is gathering oil who wanted to sell some of their excess. The big thing holding me back right now is the time to gather oil....
There is a company in here in Enterprise, AL that I think does. Although, it would be close to $5.50 a gallon. Ask me why I know.....cus I called and asked!!!! That was a few weeks ago so its probably more now!!!!
