1993 superduty

ok i have a 93
f-superduty 7.3 i just put a brand new motor in it built at ford it was running fine and now that it has a whopping 7 km thats right 7 km on it it wont turn over and when the clutch is depressed to the floor it sounds l;ike something is hittinf inside the bell housing but if i back the clutch pedal off by about an inch the sound goes away any ideas ...oh by the way the clutch is brand new too

are you saying it wont turn over ... at all ?????

take it back and have them fix it

Welcome to FTE and the IDI diesel forum.

Did Ford install the motor?
Sounds like something did not get installed correctly.
I would be calling whoever did the install.
And I would not try to start or drive it till you figure out what is wrong, sounds like it must be inside the bell housing.

Clutch fork out of place, bolt backing out or something that did not get removed like a wrench.
