new glowplugs, and termonal ends and push button switch no start still

ok guys I know the truck is getting fuel. I also know I am getting juice to the relay. I have the push button switch hooked up cause the controler still wont cycle threw with the new glowplugs and termonal ends. I have extra ground to the controler and everythign to try to make sure its grounded and everything. still dont work right so i jsut fliped the switch (its 45 degrees outside) and thern turned it over and well still no fire. I know i am gettign fuel. idk what to do next. I know whenever i flip the switch that the glowplugs are gettign juice.

ok so if i disconect the power to the glowplugs and use either or dump little bit of diesel additive down the intake tyhe trukc will start up onthat and run for sec untill it uses that up then shuts off. Do you guys think that the fuel (it was last inspected in 2005) could be bad and it needs fresh fuel?
thanks,
jimmy
ps i didn't think the fuel would be bad but maybe it is. if so can i jsut take the rubber line off of the fuel pump and hook it into liek a 5gal fuel can with new fuel and will the liftpump pull it up?
thanks again!

Diesel doesn't age the same way as gas, I've seen diesels fire up on fuel several yeas old. To see if bad fuel is the problem, just take off the filter and fill it with fresh fuel, some diesel kleen or ATF wouldn't hurt ether, but both those additives have a higher ignition temperature, so don't put too much.

Did you verify that fuel is making it to the injectors by cracking a line at the injector?

Has the injector pump been disturbed lately, more specifically, has the drive gear housing been disturbed?

So when did this all start?

And how much fuel is there? just dripping, or is it squirting?

First do not use a toggle switch it's far to easy for it to get left on & burn out the plugs use a push button so that after 8 to 12 SECONDS ONLY when you release it they will go out. Second when using my button I hold it in for 5-12 seconds depending on outside temp & how long it's been shutoff & immediately after releasing the button BUT not before crank for no more than 20 seconds do not exceed 20 seconds of cranking unless you want to replace the starter between crankings let cool for 2 minutes. If you want to use ether turn the key on & leave it on for at LEAST 2 minutes so that the GP's quit & cool off then without turning the key off give it no more than a 1 to 2 second squirt of ether. To much ether can be a very bad thing. Did I remember to say that to much ether can do very bad things.
