Best place to get a built engine from, how about MMR?
<TABLE><TBODY><TR><TD vAlign=top width="100%">Ok, the crank shaft is broke, two rods are broke off the crank, one rod is broke off the piston and six valves are missing ( either in the oil pan or out the headers. The block has a hole in it I can reach my hand into. I have now concluded that the engine is gone, ha,ha,ha! It tock its time but it did it right!!! This was a 5.4L with 227,000 hard miles.
I am getting ready to buy a long block from MMR Engines. Built to handle 700 hp, balanced, blueprinted, and hand built to the best. Heads with a stage 2 port and stage 2 cam, with SS springs and valves. Built to run with high cumpression. High torque air intake. Will need a custom dyno tune and blank programm to make it run its best, hopefully, 500+hp at the rear wheel.
Does anyone know about MMR, am i getting a good bullet proff engine?

Yes I might conclude from the description that the engine is indeed beyond repair. Now how did u manage that kind of damage? Im VERY interested to here the story behind that one!
I would say go to Ford Racing for a crate engine if your buying pre-built. You get a warranty, its all put togethor and broken in.
