hey AB. sorry no pictures. but the end result is about the same as hunterkane's picture above, maybe a bit more uniform. took me longer to set up the hole saw on its mandrel than it did to run it through. also from what ive read here and there sounds like im duplicating your exhaust system only with a thrush welded muffler and the tailpipe off a ford diesel. mine will side exit behind the right tire.

also its a shame that its getting so hard to find much thats made in America.

Thanks for this thread. I just got mine in today and it looks worse than your did. I'll be getting a hole saw in the coming days and doing that mod myself before installing my system. Here's a shot looking down the rear pipe.

Out of curiousity......How well would this setup work you a set of Hooker headers?

Jw....It'd be easier than fabbing a Y pipe up....

I didn't have much trouble fabbing my own

eventually I would like to re-do it with proper mandrel bends.

I built my own just because i didn't like the 90 degree turn the exhaust from the back six would have to make with the walker pipe, I didn't even know about the connection being junk filled!

Took the advice on this thread and cut mine out using the 1 3/4" hole cutter. Looks great now.

I will definitely be doing this upgrade this summer when I have some steady income again.
