GOOD to hear!

Been busy playing with the kids, dirt bikes and other toys Mark? Been a while since I've seen any posts from you. I'm going at a snail's pace on my truck and it seems I may pass you by in completion date...

I had to get a couple other projects out of the way before a little hand surgery (again). I rebuilt the motor in my 77' powerwagon and then installed a KDX220 motor in a KX125 roller. Nice little swap that was!

And the Powerwagon...

I'll have to look around and see what you been up to!

Twin turbos.....

Re-evaluating this project and what I really want and need don't quite line up. So I going to shelve the twins for now and just run a single... at least till I get the truck on the road and such.

Any thoughts as to running a 62/74 with ported head, cam and a 5 speed?

Sure wish I had wrote more stuff down... spending too much time getting caught up!

I have been working on miscellaneous items, such as steering and throttle items, which brings up an inquiry... does anyone have the linkage assembly for a P-Pump laying around? I hate to have to fab out all new stuff!

Made a new pedal mount...

And fitting the steering shaft...

Also been working on the dual feed lines. Got the Y block mounted... feeding a -6AN to the front and a -8AN to the side port. The Y-block is being supplied by a -10AN to the AirDog.

Waiting on fittings to finish it up....

Power steering issues still....

After 3 days of research... I'm giving up on the Eaton BB pump as they seem to be getting phased out.. so I have a Vickers vane pump in mind with the needed SAE "A" flange, 5gpm and 1500 psi. Just need to find a dealer to order through.

Spent the better part of yesterday out at pick n pull... to my surprise they had 5 bump sides, so I picked and pulled every miscellaneous bracket, bolt and flange that I seem to have miss placed since this project started.

Today I started on the roll bar....

I do have one, but have not had any time to get familiar with it... so I ordered a kit as offered at Summit and Jegs.

Current plan is to go with a six points with two rear main hoops... so we'll see how that all goes first.

Looks good! You are going one step further than I am and that is a step further than i thought you'd go. I've thought about a cage but have been avoiding doing it because I know it will snowball into something crazy. I'm trying to keep the interior stock-ish at this point. We'll see how long that lasts...

Just wanted to add a little more protection to the contents... hopefully I will never need to know if it all worked out! I initially just wanted a place to tie in some shoulder strap mounts, but then one thing leads into another.

Anyone have any good cage building links?

I hear ya. I'll probabyl end up adding a cage to mine, but like I said I'm sure it will snowball into a race cage - which I don't want.

What are you looking for in cage building links? A lot of the stuff i have is all "prerunner" (desert race actually) related so it's probably major overkill for what you want.
Any specific questions you are looking to answer - or just looking for pics, etc.?
