It's been a while but I still want to finish it. I've been rushing to get my truck done cause i'm in the process of moving soon. I plan on taking the suspension to my new home and finaly finishing it.
leotismumford69,
The upper arms will be custom cause the steering box gets in the way so the stock
setup wont work.

This is kinda off subject but I see a kit to install the CV front end into these trucks as a pretty good chance for someone that can weld to make some money. All that person would have to do is make some bolt in frame supports (made like the Porterbuilt ones for putting their suspension kit in older Chevys) and some bolt on pieces to mount the back of the lower control arm to.
These are the frame supports I was talking about. The builder of the pieces could just put some sleeves in there along with the vertical pieces for the bolts to run through. Also a piece of solid stock would need to be added to the top of the frame to mount the brace support for the top of the CV shock tower correctly.
All in all I think this would be a very easy kit for someone with the right skills to produce relatively cheap. And give others who can't weld the opportunity to bolt in a CV front suspension.
Also if the person making these could make motor mounts that would bolt to the CV motor mount spots would be awesome too. That part might be more difficult???
