Ready to move forward

I am ready to take the next step with producing insane power with my 1995 F350, with a 1997 460 big block. what are some good things to do to this beast to get some serious horsepower numbers. And what other things do I need to improve in order to handle the new engine power. If I stroke the engine or supercharge it, I know either route will require insane amount of work, but i am willing to do it. I just want to know if my transmission is built strong enough to be able to handle the every day power of an enigne that could exceed 450 horsepower. What you guys think? ANy suggestions to what i need to start powering up will be great!
