I have a 2000 Lightning and have purchased a long block from them that had some problems and they took it back to be worked on and it came back in worse condition than it left for the warrantee work to be done. I have also had a very hard time getting ahold of them at all for anything. The only way it seems I am able to get ahold of them is by email only, and it seems that I don't get an honest answer. Has anybody had similar issues with LFP???
For me and a TON of other Lightning owners, Mark at LFP has been fantastic with his customer service. While he's far from perfect, and the fact that EVERY vendor has had some sort of customer service problem if they've been in business for awhile, I wouldn't have ANY problem ordering ANYTHING from him.
I've always had good luck calling and leaving a message for him if he's busy. You can also talk to Jesse or Mike.
