Try the pull a part that is opening up this month on Rutledge Pk. I think they have an online inventory so you can shop from Home. I know of a place that has alot of old ford trucks up on top of a mountain past Blaine but I would have to show you because I don't know the directions. I know he has a lot of truck beds etc. I would tell you to pm me except I don't have a pm (whatever that is)--LOL

Is it Sonny's? I have been there before looking for parts for a 67 Galaxie I used to have. Didn't think about them for truck parts.
PM is a private message. If you are a member of the group, you do have PM capability. If you look at the blue bar just above the posts and click on user cp. Then go down the left side of the page that opens and you will see private messages listed.

I went to Pull-A-Part today. They have about 20 trucks of our type (73-79) in various stages of disassembly. They have one with an FE engine in it. I was trying to find out what it is, but according to the door tag it is a six cylinder. So, I guess when I go back, I'll have to take a rod and check the stroke on it. If I can turn it over. I was hoping to find out it had a 390 or with some luck a 428.
I think I may go back tomorrow.
Most of the trucks with engines still in them had 302's. Also saw a lot of sixes.
