I Was Eyeing Those Up Too, I Dont Need Anyone To Convince Me. After The Ltx M/s And A/t, Tires Ive Seen And Had Do So Well, You Know They Will Be Good. Especiallywith As Muct Time As Michelin Put Into Them, They Were Delayed A Couple Years Coming Out... You Know That People Will Always Find Somethin To Whine About, Like 1 Out Of 4 People On This Board. They Will Never Be Satisfied. All Things Considered They Arent That Outrageously Priced Either.

Well I installed some on two trucks 1 was a f150... i called em both back a few weeks later... the guys love em! I'm waiting to hear from them when the snow flies. One guy said he has a gravel driveway and it picks up stones a little bit more than the other tires. (i am a manager of a Sears Auto center fwiw) Michelins are great tires. A little pricey though so I would wait a few months until they come down and arn't the "newest" tires! Hope this helps!!

I like the tread pattern, but the new white lettering looks like "supermarket" brand tires. Almost cheap in some ways. Michelins never did have very fancy white lettering anyway, but you would think they would put some thought into it for a new tire design. BFGs, Bridgestone, Goodyear, look like new money compared to the Michelins.
I really wish they would have left well enough alone and expanded the LTX M/S to include more sizes (275/65/18!?!?!?!). The best all-around truck tire ever should be available for the most popular (and best) truck on the road. Doesn't make sense to me. A set of M/Ss with 50% treadlife or more could sling some mud for a tire designed for road use.
