Hope you get it fixed. I am buying an 06 in a few months and I hope it doesn't have the problems you are facing.

on edit: the PCM won't do that until its below 23*F outside or colder. it was 34F this morning and it shifted normally.

sorry, from your description of the problem it sounded normal. When I tow early in he morning, about 38*, the truck won't shift into o/d. No problem for me I just drive till it warms a bit. As soon as the trans warms up it shifts up. Sorry for putting in my .02
