Reflux for methanol?

I am in the process of building a "world re-nowned" Fabmandelux BD processor. I am getting close to finishing it. I am going to use the methanol "flash" method to recover my methanol. Recently I browsed another Forum and they were discussing using some sort of "reflux" tube to recover a more pure methanol from the BD and Glycerol. Is this worth the effort and if so, can any one help me with adding it to my processor.
I would also like to know when you know you have pumped all the Glycerol out of the separation tank and have started pumping BD. Obviously I want to separate the 2 products (one to the Glycerol storage and other back to the mix tank to add Magnesol) My separator and Glycerol tank are both sealed.Thank you in advance for your kind help. Tom
