Hi all once again a friend of mine has a 67 f250 with a 352 and would like to know what type of cam he has, (solid or hydrolic lifters)? so he can replace it. The block # he gave me is C6ME-A or he also got these # from above the oil filter /6C8/

any help would be appreciated?

thanks

If the engine is stock, it should be hydraulic.

If he's going to replace the cam, he should also replace the lifters and install whichever ones he wants.
