Oil in the ICP connector

Should there be oil in my ICP connector?,and will it short the ICP causing any problems?

Shouldn't have oil.... It may not be reading pressures correctly......

Yep shouldn't have oil in it. Replace it asap. It won't short but it might leak worse soon.

ah but it can short with the oil in it, thus the reason for the first 6.0 recall in '03, the connector would become oil soaked and cause an irregular idle, rev-up on its own, check engine light.

Cripe!....everything on my engine is oil soaked....

Workin on that right now.....

I was thinkin this can't be a good thing, so I guess I'll get that fixed. Might be the reason for the ruff idle. Thanks Guys
