Bad shudder in Bronco

While applying the brakes I get a bad shudder throughout the truck. The steering wheel stays smooth, but the entire truck shakes.
I have replaced the rotors and had them turned along with new pads. I still get the shudder. Is this in the rear brakes?
Another thing, when I apply my parking brake, only the right wheel will lock up. When I apply the brake pedal, both lock up.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Rear durms? Could be as simple as a leaking seal letting grease inside from the rear end or a leaking wheel cylinder letting brake fluid in there. That can cause it to grab and release causing a shudder.

Forgot to mention, ABS light has been on for a while. How do you check the ABS codes?
