O2 Sensor Question

My 97 Mazda B4000 check engine light came on and I had Autozone check the code. It came back with an issue with the O2 sensor on Bank 2 Sensor 1. I want to make sure I have the right sensor before I go and replace the bad one. My question: Is the drivers side sensor ahead of the cat conv Bank 2 Sensor 1 ? Also is there a special tool remove it ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
