Timing cover leaking oil

05 Expy, leaking oil out of the timing cover. Anyone else had this issue? Hate to take it to the dealer but I still have 20,000 miles left on the extended warranty. Anyone know of a good dealership in the Baltimore area?

I had this problem on my '98 5.4L, so if you still have time left on your warranty, then get it fixed. The killer here is the labor hours required to disassemble everything to get to the cover to replace it, and then reassemble it all back.

The whole front of the engine comes off, accesories, pullies etc. There are 3 individual gaskets for the timing cover. They cost about $14 for all three. Not a hard job, just time consuming. It probably not leaking out of the cover, its probably leaking where the head, timing cover and block all meet
