It should be on the keyless entry module located behind the rear seat.

do you have to unbolt the rear seat or does it unclip?

the seatback itself is held in by (3) latch/clip like things. do a search for rear seat removal and it should pop up some instructions. i think you should only have to remove the seat back itself. as far as where the code is, it should be on teh keyless module from what i have seen other say. i personally havent had to look for it, but i have read thats where it is located if you dont have your card or know the number.

Try this... https://www.ford-trucks.com/article/...2008_F150.html

note towards the bottom of that article, it even has a view of the KE module...

Yep, that's the easiest way. Some have found their hands are too big to reach around though, me included, in which case there is another method that can be found by searching.

I traded in my expy to a Lexus dealer (they had my F150 FX4) and they asked for the original code and as first we didnt know so we looked in the owners manual and it described the location of it. i was able to find it near the fuse box, but this was an expy. I would look in the owners manual 1st if i were u as it describes the location.

I made the dealer give me the code. They said that they wanted $50.00 for it. I could not find it as described in these other posts. Needless to say I did not pay the 50, I said "you wouldn't try to sell me a truck with no air in the tires, so why would you charge me extra for a number that activates an existing feature of the vehicle?" Because you know for damn sure that they increased the sale price because it had the keyless entry pad!

2004 Ford Excursion, found door key code on and electrical module in the dash. just below the radio on the firewall. took off fuse panel and removed screws on the panel just below the A/c controls, was able to pry panel out just enough to see the sticker on the module. Key code was on the right side of the sticker 5 digits, plain site. It worked like a charm.....
