I think it's still just some current F150 pieces mixed with some Expy front end components and current production interior stuff. I think when we all see the final product it will be quite a bit different than all these spy photos.
There are people on this forum that have seen what it will be like and can comment on the accuracy of the photos. DD?

I wish they would of kept that access door on the regular cabs.

That interior does look pretty nice though.

"Some F150 prototypes have shown different grilles, but the one you see here under the camo is the REAL thing!"

umm....so were the others. The new truck is going to have just as many grill designs (or more) then the current truck.

Snowdog...
The photos are accurate, but those trucks are usually 2 or 3 trim levels combined. So even if it says "platnum" on the interior it is probable XL on the outside.
Damn it it's hard to talk about it without going into detail! AAARRGGHHHH!!!!!!!
I really, really want to spill the beans to y'all........But I LOVE my job!

Okay, lets try this....the front is flat, yet rounded.
Does that make any sense? Does that give an idea without details?

Those dual-mirrored mirrors aren't currently available are they?

In the article they were talking about a 5.8L V8.....has anyone else heard anything about this? The only new engines I heard about were the 6.2....and maybe the new 4.4 diesel.

I can't exactly tell with those pictures, but did they drop the rear access "quarter-doors"?

i've seen a full interior dash pic(i cant seem to find anymore.. try google??) and it looked really nice... almost nothing was the same, but the difference in appearance wasnt that relevant.. it took a sharp attention to detail (alteast from photos) to spot the changes.. the gauges reminded me of the new superduty with the little accessory gauges on top and large round tachometer and speedo below.. i'm sure the new f-150 will be getting the sync system(i havent looked into this much.. this might have been know from the get-go, sorry ) anyhow.. the "center-stack" controls were cluttered with dozens of small buttons.. it looked cadillac like... i'm young and i have no problems with this kind of stuff but it looked crazy to me.. for someone like my dad, he cant work small tv remotes, or dial the phone well anymore.. i know he couldnt operate that thing.. i'm sure a more typical, basic control layout will be available on xlt models.. but i guess we'll just have to wait and see

Did you ever have one with them? I know they did not look that great but man if you are working out of them things everyday they are awesome. We got three of them and they are used constantly. Most people that have them say they love them also.
