yeah thats the SD hose. i aint ever measured the pipe for length. it was a prebent piece form the muffler shop id say it started out as about 24" long with a 45* bend in the middle. the guy at the muffler shop cut about 4inches off one end for me. sorry i aint anymore help than that but the muffler guy did all the fitting for me (at a hefty price ) so i dont know the exact specs of the pipe. wish i woulda done it myself now. if you want i can go try to measure it and post back.

mine had the origonal orange one when i bought the truck, isnt the stock ccv aluminum? mine was the black sd styled plastic one, i replaced the orange hose with the rubber black one but not the sd style, i have none of the nipple holes for the wastegate vaccum line, mine fit the 4 inch pipe with no problem.
where in northeast are you, i can give you a hand, i have a spare inlet hose and plenty of 4 inch pipe

Got the filter on last night took a piece of drainage pipe i had laying around and made it work. It didnt want to fit so i did the sencable thing and i brought out the torch and gently warmed the filter neck and presto a tight seal. I can't believe how restrictive the old air box was. I can really hear the turbo spool now. What did you guys do to keep it from flexing up and down?
