Carb Rebilt? I Hope It Was. Now Leaking

As You Guys That I Have Talked With Already Know. (btw ..thank You All For Your Help) We Are In Mexico And When We Took Our 1986 F250 With 460 7.5 In For Gen Mait. And To Fix Some Small Problems We Ended Up With Bigger Ones. The Backfireing Is Now Gone Thank God.. He Rebuilt The Carb It Looks Like There Are New Gaskets On The Intake And So I Know He Took It Off.. They Dont Do Things Here Like In Us So I Knew That It Was Not Going To Be Shining And New Looking But Now It Is Leaking Gas. I Can See The Drips Coming From (this Will Be Hard For Me Because I Dont Know The Names Of Things...please Bear With Me.
The Holly Carb 4 Brl Seems To Be In Three Sections Kind Of.. Front Of Carb With Gas Going In... Middle Of Carb With 4 Barrls. Front Two And Back Two.... (this Must Sound So Dumb) The Leak Is Coming From "i Think The Back Section Of The Carb That Seems To Have A Gasket Between The Back And The Middle? I Used A Screwdriver And Made The Four Screws On The Back As Tight As I Could By Hand But Still Leaking
Help Please
