Got my build sheet from Ford

Someone mentioned on a thread a few weeks ago that you one could email Ford and request a build sheet for their truck, so I did. Just got it this week, here's a scan:

I'm wondering what was included in the RV Package, Super Cooling Package, and the Handling Package... Anyone know?

What e-mail address did you use to get that? I am going to assume you just sent them your VIN too.

Sure thing Tom.

I think that's actually the only one I have... It's a funny shape because I stitched several pictures together with a computer program so you could see the whole front seat in just 1 picture.

Does anybody know what's in those mysterious packages that I mentioned in the first post?

Chris I assume the RV package is the fuse box and the seven post plug at rear of truck , it is all set up for a travel trailer , the brake control is a plug and play, I seen you already have one in there , Super cooling is the transmission cooler and larger radiator, Handling package is the quad shock and sway bar setup that we have , provides a very stiff ride , don't know about yours but my front suspension still as nails , hitting a pothole it feels like the truck will fall apart.

What kind of stereo do you have in there? I see your auxillary plug you have for a IPOD.

Talking

Not a 100% sure but the Handling package gave front and rear sway bars, Cooling package added a trans cooler, and the RV package........HD springs and Hitch/wiring combo for trailer? Just tacking a stab in the dark. My buddies 93 had the trans cooler, which nobody added. Came from the factory. And his had the front and rear sway bars. My 92 is plain jane XLT. Bench seat, no sway bars, which I am in the process of adding as soon as I get it running, and the trans cooler. I might be wrong on all accounts. So anyone else chime in

Yeah I do have all of those things so I think you guys might be right on the mark.

Mike, my stereo is a Pioneer DEH-P7600MP. It's outdated by a few years but when I bought it, it was top of the line. Has awesome sound quality and places MP3 The stereo mini jack that you see dangling out the bottom of the dash is run up to an AUX adapter on the back of my stereo so I can use my iPod at CD (or better) quality. That wire has since been stolen by my Sirius satellite radio receiver, so no more iPod until I can figure out how to run a second cord with only 1 AUX input

And yeah Mike, my truck rides real stiff too. I think I'm gonna try taking off 1 set of shocks up front pretty soon.

I too have a Pioneer 4800mp , replaced all the speakers and installed a 10 sub behind the rear seat. system sounds great. I am gonna keep the quad shocks on my rig.

I replaced my speakers too. Infinity's in the front and Pioneers in the rear. Sounds pretty good but lacked bass. I recently installed my Kenwood 6-1/2" sub that I used in my old Tacoma:

But it is still lacking in bass with the huge cab of my truck. I've got two 10"s sitting in my garage but no amp or wiring... I might eventually get those put in...

gonna put them in after the longtube headers? still waiting to see how that turns out, thinking about doing it myself , was gonna wait to see how you made out and how much it cost ya. Gonna be finally installing my MSD in this week , once the wires and coil arrive from summit.... but from what I read the headers are the ticket to some low end power. so that will be my next project.

You know I also changed out my gears for 4.10s Mike? I'm lovin' it so far, 'cept I can't juice it too much since the gears need to be broken in
