Hey New Englanders...and anyone else looking...Chapter Leader sglaine's daughter underwent surgery today to have her tonsils removed. Perhaps you remember her from the Big June Bash...or the GTG in Keene. Let's all post here and wish her a speedy recovery. Hope you're feeling better Squeaky!!! Hope to see you at Battleship Cove !!!

My younger brother had his tonsils and adnoids taken out at a young age - even younger than her. The only thing he didn't like was the IV. The doctors had to wrap it so it looked like he had a sprained wrist with all the bandaging. At least it kept him from yanking on it.
He recovered quite well from the surgery though.
After a few days, he was back to being a pest.
She had her tonsils and her adenoids out yesterday and she is doing very well. She is quite for a change and does not squeak as bad...LOL...I have to hand it to the staff at BMH. for doing a great job...
She will be ready to come to meets again and she misses you all.
Amanda is almost back to her self..LOL starting eat us out of house and home and talking up a storm like before.. She also says hello to everyone and can't wait for the next meet..
