Thumbs up where u from, what do u do?

i'm new here and just trying to get to know some people so, like the title says, where u from and what do u do. I'm from burnaby, living in surrey and I'm a pipefitter.

Well I am from saskatchewan,and I was living in agassiz. I got an offer on my house there that was too good to pass up and ended up moving back to saskatchewan.
I work in the oil field, and I am just in the process of starting my own business on the side back in good old sask.

I'm one of those 'international' types that, along with my parents, needed to find a country after WWII. Have lived in Vancouver for almost 60 years and am a retired teacher.

Taught Biology in Vancouver...must admit that I had it easy...Bio is great because it's really all about sex and generally the kids love it - lots of laughs. Can't imagine what it would be like to reach French 'irregular' verbs, or worse, Math!! Now I play with old trucks.

From the bustling metropolis of Princeton. I put in 3 days a week at the local mill. Not the best job in the world but a comfortable living.
