The stock gauge stays in the middle and the mechanical gauge say 195, with a 195 stat.

Mine usually gets up to about the M then slowely drifts beck down to between the O and the R. But thats with a new thermostat due to the old one sticking shut and blowing a head gasket.

Mine ran right in the middle for years then i changed the thermostat with a colder one and now its just to the left of the N
