o-rings, nothing else. 4 total, 2 block to pedastool, 2 pedastool to turbo, and yes ford stocks the kit you need

They are about 12.00 for all four o-rings. Two large and two smaller o-rings are needed.

I'll beat ya to it. It sucks. You'll most likely have to make a custom wrench for the exhaust pipes. Just about everyone I've talked to had to cut a wrench like I did. Just shortening one. But yeah, it sucks.

Ditto what cOOn said. It's not too bad. It's just time consuming, but you can knock it out in a day no problem.

Good luck. It helps to remove the hood. It's not necessary but it gives better access and more light. Compared to the turbo, removing and replacing the hood is a cinch. You'll need someone on the other side to unbolt and lift it off together.

nah, leave the hood on, get a hunk of foam to lay across the motor to save your chest and dont lean on the radiator overflow tank nipple on the rad, it doesnt like your body weight other than that, be patient, no bloody knuckles, can-o-beer
