I'll beat ya to it. It sucks. You'll most likely have to make a custom wrench for the exhaust pipes. Just about everyone I've talked to had to cut a wrench like I did. Just shortening one. But yeah, it sucks.
DUCK do you think it would be worth maybe taking it to a shop,let someone els curse and get bleeding knuckles ,I am only home on weekends,during the week out of town working.
Good luck. It helps to remove the hood. It's not necessary but it gives better access and more light. Compared to the turbo, removing and replacing the hood is a cinch. You'll need someone on the other side to unbolt and lift it off together.
nah, leave the hood on, get a hunk of foam to lay across the motor to save your chest and dont lean on the radiator overflow tank nipple on the rad, it doesnt like your body weight other than that, be patient, no bloody knuckles, can-o-beer
