MAF Voltage Readings

To add to my initial post...
Has anyone heard/read/experienced the need for replacing a MAF on the V10? I've always cleaned mine and never had an issue.
i think the Key On, Engine Off reading is OK. But the warm idle of 1.2V is a bit concerning. My long term fuel trims are -5 to -8. My MPG has tanked a bit from 10 to 8. I am just diving in a bit and seeing what might be causing this.
Lastly, I have not found a Motorcraft PN for the MAF itself... are they discontinued? I haven't actually gone and pulled the MAF from the inner housing to see if there is a PN.

Well, finally looked up the Motorcraft/Ford PN and it is discontinued. Any word on who may have been the OEM manufacturer? Usually I would run a Denso product for a sensor replacement, but it appears they do not make anything for our trucks.
Oh and minor detail I've left out... The previous owner had installed a Air Raid cone filter (oiled like a K&N). I have heard about these damaging MAF's, so that is why I am questioning this in the first place.

I would use those numbers doing a Google search as someone on eBay or Amazon will have a NOS part laying around gathering dust. I've found many a discontinued part that way.

Just to follow up on this thread.
I purchased a new Delphi unit from RockAuto and installed it. Before even starting the truck, the voltage reading was way off. I pulled the battery terminals off and let the PCM reset. Voltage still was bad, I believe it was something like 1.3V with key On, engine Off. Started truck and it barely ran. Defective unit. Sent back and got my money back.
Rather than wasting my time with an aftermarket unit, I purchased an OEM Ford unit from a junkyard. Installed it and with key On, engine Off... I'm still seeing about 0.02V, which I have now determined is acceptable. However, at hot idle, I am getting 1.0V, which is within spec. My fuel trims have now adapted and are hovering at +/- 5% on both short and long term, rather than being stuck at the -10% range.
Final outcome: Not much difference. I think I have a slightly better throttle response, but it is hard to tell. Regardless, for me at least, it was a good learning experience and now have a little bit of peace of mind. Will keep the aftermarket (Duralast) I pulled out as a spare.
A continuing issue I have been seeing since I've purchased the truck is a rough/stumble on cold starts that last about 10 seconds. During this time the ForScan misfire counter ranges from 5 to 25 counts. Not really a big deal, but I'd love to figure out what is causing it.

I've seen many, many NOS "obsolete" parts found on eBay by various sellers, as long as you have the original part number (OEM or Motorcraft) you may just find what you're looking for there.
Regarding your stumble at cold start has the fuel pressure been checked at the fuel rail with an actual gauge?
Its interesting Hitachi was the original supplier of the MAF sensors---I would have guessed Bosch!
