Anti-theft device now mandatory in Canadian-made vehicles

What do you think, is it worth the extra new vehicle cost with the extra cost and hassel of replacing lost keys?

I think it is a good idea. A lot of vehicles have had them for a while. Makes sense to me.

Umm, is that built or sold in Canada? Seems kind of stupid to mandate what our auto plants should be building for the US or Mexico, but that's government for you.

i'd prefer the shoot on sight mechanism...check out www.stickdeath.com for some cool security ideas...
