Help me out here guys. Did I get the "good" pressure range correct?

My fuel pressure was around 40 psi, so I shimmed it with a BB like the guys mentioned, and brought the pressure up to 70 psi. My truck is running much smoother, idles fantastic, and throttle response is MUCH better.
