If you haven't done it already, you might want to check the FPR to see what fuel pressure you have. I don't remember the range that is considered "good pressure", (I think it's 45 - 75 psi or something like that), but you'll want to have no more than 80 psi.

My fuel pressure was around 40 psi, so I shimmed it with a BB like the guys mentioned, and brought the pressure up to 70 psi. My truck is running much smoother, idles fantastic, and throttle response is MUCH better.
