Need torque specs for 351M/400 engine, if possible...

If anyone has got a link that they can point me to, that would be great!

Otherwise, I was looking for torque specs for things like the heads, oil pan, timing chain, intake, valve covers, manifolds, rockers, etc.

On the 351M/400, does any of the head bolts go thru a water jacket that would need thread sealer on them?
