hey dave
im new to the site and am intereted in attending the truck show. I live in princeton about 30 minutes away and i was wondering how many people are going to be there and are you all still going to have it if it rains. By the way my names mike
thanks alot
Hi Mike, welcome to the site! Sorry this is late getting out....I just finished another gig at the Summers County High School.
I just came back from the Ruritan grounds. I dropped off the drinks, tables, trophies, door prizes etc. We'lll have folks there early since the Ruritan are doing a community breakfast in conjunction with our show! That's good news for Dave....coffee will be on and hot!
Rod is already here too! He came in last night and we looked the site over and feel we're ready to go!
According to the weather service, the rains should stop around midnight and tomorrow should be partly cloudy! Perfect show weather! Remember, I've got food and drinks at my place 5 minutes from the show site so come to the show and then come to my place to let our hair (I still have 4!) down!
See you all tomorrow, and may the best trucks win! You guys already have an advantage....I didn't get to wash my ride since I just got done and it's already dark out!
Joe

i havent washed my truck yet either althought it never sees rain LOL. imma vaccum it out and clean the interior tonight and wash it tomorrow morning then shine it up at the show
I will stop and sweep the rest of the mud out of mine before I get there tomorrow.
The dash is out to fix an oil leak behind my oil pressure guage, so that takes care of cleaning the interior.
And I have two new fenders and two new door to install.
The gravel valance and grill are off the truck since I thought I was going to get the fenders and doors installed this week, so that takes care of the wash job on the outside.
Ready for the show.
I am going for the ugliest truck there that can haul the biggest load award.
See you all between 9 and 10.
