Tonight, I grilled some steaks with some hickory chips, baked some Cheezy scallopped potatoes straight from the Velveeta Potatoes box (mmmm), Steamed some Califlower with the steamer and added some Velveeta, and warmed up some leftover cheesey rice and brocolli. Wow, thats alot of cheese. Guess it will be a bit before the wife asks me to cook again (COOL!)
Can hear my arteries hardening as I sit here, but, it tasted great.

Yup! I noticed that my nuke foods are just about all trans fat free. Kind of takes some of the fun and taste out of it. Guess ifin we want flavor and real fat we have to make it ourselves.

Hamburger patties in cream of mushroom soup, rice, brocolli in cheese sauce (Curtis is a bad influence), and biscuits.

I have a pork roast out for tomorrow. Trans fat, oh boy.

Tonight, we went to a Jamacan grill, most of the food tasted like everywhere else, but we ordered from the safe side of the menu, we thought since it was our first time, lets try something trustworthy first. It was all very good, but I shouldn't have gone in there hungry. I had a mushroom/swiss Burger, which was very tasty. It came with a salad, and I helped the girls with their french fries, and chicken fingers.

I AM DAD! the human garbage disposal.

Tonight we had pork chops fried in bacon grease (double trans fat points), mac n cheese, veggies in cheese sauce, and biscuits.

Soup from a can, butterscotch pudding, vanilla Wafers (oreo styled cookies)

Two deserts and one main course, isn't this the way it should be? I want my Kate and Edith too!

Had a club sandwich, and Duanes favorite... A pickle!! :-) Carolyn had soup... we ate at the dinner in the warren on 13th. I know a weird place to meet for supper, but I was close to there on a call.

We went out for dinner at Ramblers a steakhouse/bar just east of Manhattan. Two steak dinners for less than $18. Good eats for cheap. It is their thursday night special.

Friday night tradition, or at least it seems, we went to Famous Daves for some BBQ, Georgia pulled pork on top of a big old burger, with BBQ Sauce, big slab of cheese, and some Jalepeno bacon. It came with a big ol side salad, then I helped wipe out some of the food off of the wif's plate and some rib tips from a friends plate, and some french fries from the daughter's plate. MMMMMM

I am in shape! round is a shape!

Last night was home made pot roast with carrots, onions etc. Yum Yum! Very good.
