Had some kind of Corn relish salad side dish thing at class today-- don't know what was in it except corn black beans and cilantro-- but my wife stopped me after the 3rd helping-- it was great-- had allot left over so we took some home-- great stuff

 

Julie made meat ***** last night, they were good, but I dislike store bought meat *****, home made is the only way to go.

 

Curtis, I don't think we have ever had store bought meat ***** at home. We've always made them.

They have a chemical taste to them. Maybe not so much during the time you are eating them, just more when you burp them up later. LOL!!

We had supper last night in Abilene at the Farm House. The chicken fried steak was good. I didn't have the appetite for the super sized one that was on special.

I ate a place called "B R G R" had awesome hamburgers and tator tots-- and a good "view" if you catch my meaning--- Kinda pricey though-- $12 for a burger and $5 for tots and $3 for tea. I didn't really see the prices before I ordered

Smoked pork off the Traeger at my son in laws last night. Yum.

 

Nice! we cooked hot dogs over a fire at a church hay rack ride. I am not going to say it was good, but it was food. The smores were a big hit.

 

We went to my daughter's house for supper last night for home made bierrocks/runza's. They were real good. I like a little mustard with mine.

 

I mad a pork roast last Sunday-- ate it everyday this week-- Saved a ton of money while being out of town :-)
