Yesterday I promised the boss I would be available to run calls till 5pm while the On-Call guy was doing a big project in Emporia. I stuck around to help with the project and finally rolled in to home about 10pm. The Bossman was down in Emporia also helping with the project, and afterwards, he told us to go out to dinner on him. We asked him to join us, but he said he had a 4 hour drive home, so he left.
We went to Bobby D's, and had the 16oz Prime Rib, cheeze sticks, beers, and fried pickles. The food was awesome!!! The Bossman may be a little suprized to see the bill for just us two was over 70 bucks, at least I didn't put it on my credit card.. : )

Way to go Curtis. We had grilled pork tenderloin, corn on the cob and fresh tomatoes for lunch today or dinner if you are from a farm family.

on occasion the bank provides lunch, yesterday they tormented us by cooking a smoked turkey in the oven all morning. They made gravy, mashed potatoes, and pie for desert...

I didn't get to eat any of it, because I had a meeting, with a vendor. Luckily he took me to lunch at Old Chicago Pizza. Still...... it wasn't turkey with all the fixins

work grilled hamburgers and hot dogs today... took a lot of will power to make me say no, because burgers are one of my favorite foods, but I am proud to say I stuck to it. I stuck with my soup and salad.

saying no to a cheeseburger killed my soul. I feel dead inside. LOL!!

I have been on a specific diet since monday, eat certain foods at certain times, so far I have lost 6 lbs since Monday. honestly its been easier than I figured it would be. first three days I felt like I was eating all of the time. Today is liquid only for the most part. Today is gonna suck.

well, 7 lbs lost last week, but I got a feeling this week is going to be a little harder, with less weight loss. I did get to order a salad from McAllister's Deli yesterday though.
