I think that I can actually attened this GTG. I have to work that morning and that night but I think I can make it for a little bit being that it is so close. Do we have a time and place where we are meeting rpior to going in?

Hopefully I can make it so I can finally meet some of you guys.

It is going to take some of us time to get there so we will probably meet there at 11:00am or 12:00 noon.. The place closes at 5:00 PM so that should give us plenty of time to see the ships..

I have a question...

We scheduled this for Saturday instead of Sunday so people would have the chance to camp out and make a weekend out of it..

Are there any people doing the campout thing?

If not, maybe we should do it on Sunday, as usual..

Maybe more people can come on Sunday seeing we have a dismal turnout once again..

 

I have already made other plans for Sunday...If you want to change it to Sunday that is going to throw it off course. Should have been made 3 weeks ago if that was the case.

 

Yeah...I have to agree with our fearfull leader...kind of late to make a change...I have other plans for Sunday. I do see Big Don's point, however, we have held most of our GTGs on Sunday...some had good attendance...some not so good. Can't please all the people all the time...probably shouldn't get caught up in trying. There is a core group of active members/attendees...should cater to them/us...while still trying to reach out to others!!!

By the way...does anyone know if Rhode Island has slipped into the Atlantic??? Or have they officially seceded from New England. Maybe if we all promise to shower and use deodorant before the GTG on the 20th they'll see we aren't all that bad. What do you think???
