My starter has been acting up the last few weeks. It still cranks with power but it sometimes just clunks. I'll turn the ignition on and off untill it catchs or not . batteries have been checked and are fully charged and the started has passed tests at two diffrent locations.
Are cables next or does someone have an idea.
