It feels like the front tires are falling off, right?

It sounds as though your caster is off. It is quite common on F350s. you need a degree shim to correct it

yes it feels like the front tires are falling off. Where is the caster adjustment located on the truck and do they sell different degree shims??

I am very mechanically inclined and have always worked on my own vehicles but this is my first larger truck.

Thanks for your help

Check your tires...............Tread getting ready to separate and causing a bulge will cause BAD vibration before dramatically failing at a very bad time.

They make slugs to adjust the caster and camber for the ball joint D60 but you should have a king pin. They make degree shims you put between the springs and the axle for the king pin D60
