First off welcome to the boards. Is your truck a 2WD or a 4WD? Do you offroad any or is the reason behind lifting it for looks only?
I'd say go with the full lift because once you start lifting it you'll always want to go higher. I started with a 2.5" leveling kit on my truck and now have a 6" Fabtech lift with 35's.

Mine's also a 2WD and I did my lift strictly for looks. Here's a really good site to get the Fabtech lift from;

Cheapest I have seen it online. Since you say you're doing the lift for looks I would just go with the basic kit with the performance shocks, no need ot spend the extra $$$ for the dirt logics. You don't HAVE to change the wheels out if you lift it, but the stock tires are 31's and with a 6" lift they will look rather small. I have 35's on mine and think they look great! I would also recommend that you go wiht a 5" block for the rear since the kit comes wiht a 2" block and that will leave your truck sitting lower in the rear. The 5" block gives you 1" more rear lift, but you can't tell it by looking at it. I have pics in my gallery, take a look at them.
