A TEAR OF JOY!!!! about time stupid program is a waste of peoples time.. all it does is keep the poor single family mother from getting to work. all the rich folks could care less since they will always be driving new vehicles.. but if a hose is off and some poor person needs to get to work and fails IM cuase they cant afford to have somone repair it then they might lose their job.. stupid program..

Glad it MIGHT be going away. after all its keeping 2 or 3 of the 70's fords in alaska off the street that are gonna cause massive global warming. HAHA ya right. .... . . Noise testing might replace it.. well that would be great then i wouldnt have to hear gawd damn jake brakes at 4 or 5 am some times but im sure it will be the little guys that get the noise tests, not the trucking companys..

I'M (he he, what a play on words) for canning the program too and I don't live in Anchorage. But my question is how many A.P.A. employees can we LAY-OFF or better yet terminate with the demise of the IM program.??
