Speakers is starting off with a positive reputation.
Pardon my ignorance, but...

What's all this about Generation 1 Lightnings? Were they factory trucks or aftermarket mods? Tell me about them.

Being up here in Canada the only F150 Lightnings I've heard of are the post-1997 models with the supercharged 5.4L.

There were an SVT truck from 93-95 that had A GT-40 inducted 351W with a Mustang style GT-40 intake and Gt-40 heads. They were also lowered and such like the 99-up versions.
They were faster than the Chevy 454SS trucks of the day.
Here is a gallery on one of our Mod's Gen 1 Lightning

Silver Streak is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
IIRC, the original Lightning was not an SVT product. It was developed by the Ford Truck team and SVT stole it when they discovered the numbers it was turning.

Could be, but they have SVT decals on them.

So what all did they use to get that stance... because it's perfect and I want to lower my truck to that height. Thanks.
