What else can I try??

I have a 97 F-150 with the 4.2 eng. When I get up to speed it sputters on me going down the road. It doesn't do it when I am accelerating though. I have changed plugs and the fuel filter but am still having the problem. Could it be the IAC or the mass airflow sensor?

Thanks for your help!!
